Thank you for your feedback that I have investigated. From your comments it would appear you agreed a specific delivery date when you placed your order by telephone, however this was not detailed on the order instructions when these were processed. Throughout the year we despatch the vast majority of orders (over 95%) to arrive within 2 - 5 working days. Your order was placed on the 22nd March, despatched on the 28th March (5 working days later) and delivered to you on the 29th March (6 days later) despite us encoutering significant challenges with obtaining diesel due to panic buying arising from the threat of industrial action. I have not been made aware of your request to speak with me but I will call you tomorrow 9th April. My concern is the challenges you have clearly faced in us understanding your instructions or requests for which I apologise. I can assure you I will discuss your feedback with the relevant people in our team. I appreciate your point regarding the costs of the labourers you hired but am sure you will have used them to prepare for the planting of the Bare Root Plants and other tasks. Thank you for your feedback. It is clear you experienced difficulties in communicating with us for which I sincerely apologise. We are currently having a new Despatch Centre constructed and we will be installing a new telephony system that will give us a platform from which we can communicate with our customers more effectively.
