Having investigated your complaint I understand that our Despatch Team in error forwarded to you Hawthorn Bare Root Plants and that when you advised us of this we sent the Privet Bare Root Plants you had ordered (you kept the Hawthorn Plants). You then contacted us to express your concern about the quality of the Bare Root Privet plants and we agreed to deduct the cost of these from an order you placed for Privet Pot Plants. However I am confident if you have planted the Privet Bare Root Plants you will find these these will prosper if you keep them watered and apply a nutrient. The nature of Bare Root Plants is that they have a 'dormant' appearance but if the root structure is healthy they will prosper - I suspect the Bare Root plants we sent had suffered some winter weather 'damage' but were otherwise healthy.
