Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies for the delay that occured in delivering your plants - we normally deliver over 95% of orders within 5 working days. Small Photinia plants, especially at this time in the year, are spindly and accordingly can be easily damaged and most certainly they should therefore have been secured in the box before being despatched. I've looked at the stock from which your plants were selected and it is at worst in 'average condition' for Photinia, a species where the plants themselves look 'weak' until they develop into a larger size. Should the plants that were damaged in transit not prosper please let me know and I'll arrange for replacements to be delivered free of charge.
