Packaging poor for the 2 litre pots. The box was too big for the number of pots so they fell over in transit meaning that soil spilled everywhere. One of the plants had completely broken.

Thank you for your feedback. Having investigated your complaint I would firstly sincerely apologise for the delay that occured in despatching your order. We most certainly should have kept you updated regarding the delivery of your order. The delay arose due to problems with the stock from which we were initially going to select your order, resulting in us having to bring in stock from several of our nurseries to fulfil orders for the species of plant you purchased. I do hope you purchase further plants from us and should you do so we will discount the price by 10% to reflect the difficulties you experienced with this order.
