Thank you for your feedback. I have investigated the processing of your order and would confirm that we despatched this on Monday 2nd April for delivery within 24 hours. However our carriers Parcel Force failed to deliver within the latter period and you received the order on Wednesday 4th April. I have raised this matter with Parcel Force. It is clear our Despatch Team did not take sufficient care when packing your order (including using sufficient boxes and inserts to secure the plants) and accordingly I have reviewed your feedback with the team resulting in us agreeing a number of actions. At this time of year Laurels are a species of plant that do suffer from winter weather damage but will recover and 'flush' especially once the weather improves - applying a nutrient would also help. Should your plants not prosper as a result of them being damaged in transit please let me know and I'll arrange for them to be replaced without charge.Thank you for taking the time to forward your feedback it is most appreciated.

Since receiving your feedback we have collected the damaged plants and have processed an order to despatch replacement plants without charge (we are waiting for a batch of Photinia to be 'ready' and we'll then despatch your order). It would appear the plants were broken in transit through the box not being handled with sufficient care and I have relayed this information to our couriers Parcel Force. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. Thank you for your feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. The majority of plants do suffer some winter damage and this year the fluctuation in temperatures since the begining of the year (including some un-seasonally very warm periods)has caused some damage to plants and disrupted their growth patterns. In addition especially in young Laurel plants 'Shot Rot' is a common challenge but will not damage the long term health of the plant. I'd suggest if you have not already done so that you apply a nutrient to the plants and keep them well watered until they are clearly prospering. If you do experience any further problems with the plants please do contact me and we will replace any that do not prosper free of charge.
