There were some maintenance issues whilst we were at the cottage, and although they sent someone round fairly quickly, he couldn't solve the problems and no one then contacted us to tell us what was going on, or explain that the problems couldn't be solved. No doubt these issues have since been fixed but we were just left in the dark

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you were not happy with the kitchen at Wisteria Cottage. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that kitchens are stocked for every eventuality there are certain situations we have obviously not thought of and will be feeding this back to the owner.
The property should have a property file with instructions for all appliances, we will review this to make sure it is in place.
We were surprised to hear of the issues regarding the fire alarm as this has not been mentioned in previous feedback regarding the property.
