Great service and reasonable value.
The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise with nice wine, quality tea and mince pies.
Also the Christmas tree was a nice touch.
Very impressed with the company and all the staff I have spoken with - excellent customer service and knowledge on all the property. We had a problem with the heating and fridge which was rectified....
