Thank for your feedback regarding your stay at Pink Cottage.
All of our properties are professionally cleaned and maintained by the owners or a housekeeping agency, although we ask for guests to do a small amount of 'tidying up' at the end of their stay we do not expect them to have to do any real cleaning.
In the unlikely event that a property is not cleaned to the standards you (and we!) expect every one has a number of contact details - including an on call emergency number for us - that you can call so someone can visit to put it right.
We have passed these comments on to the owner to ensure that any improvements that are needed can be addressed, and I understand that this has already happened.

Superb range of holiday homes in all the nicest locations. We have used them several times now and the accommodation has been of the very highest standard on every occasion.
Best of Suffolk website is easy to use. However, I did request a Christmas tree in the Penthouse and was quite disappointed to find this was not provided.
