Were really helpful, was just a little confusing sometimes communicating directly with the owner and with Best of Suffolk - some info got miscommunicated, but only very minor issue

We have used Best of Suffolk before and will again
Communication regarding payment was good, however when it came to requesting further information I had to chase Best of Suffolk several times

All of our properties are professionally cleaned and maintained by the owners or a housekeeping agency, although we ask for guests to do a small amount of 'tidying up' at the end of their stay we do not expect them to have to do any real cleaning. We have passed these comments on to the owner of the property to ensure that this does not happen again.
In the unlikely event that a property is not cleaned to the standards you (and we!) expect every one has a number of contact details - including an on call emergency number for us - that you can call so someone can visit to put it right.
We have a check list of items that are our minimum standards and salt for dishwashers is on it so I am sorry that this was not supplied in this case, again I have fed this back to the owners to ensure it is corrected.
Thank you for taking the time to feed these issues back to us and I am delighted to hear that you did not let these issues spoil your stay in what is a beautiful property.
