I am sorry that there was no heating on - we do ask that the housekeepers turn the heating on prior to arrival to allow the property to warm. I have fed this back to the housekeepers to ensure this is done going forward.

I have passed your feedback on to my colleague who puts together the welcome file to work with the owner for some recommendations.
One of our minimum standards is that properties have kitchen basics to ensure that this is possible when guests arrive, I am sorry this was not the case. I have forwarded this to the housekeepers to ensure it is corrected going forward.

I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with some aspects of your stay. As I am sure you can imagine moving people from one property to another is the last thing we would want to do, especially at such short notice during the Christmas period.
Unfortunately in this case we were informed that the boiler had broken so close to your arrival that we were unable to give the guests, owners and housekeepers nearly enough notice to ensure that everything was in place for your arrival. This led to the problems you have described. Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure that a property is ready these were exceptional circumstances and we really did do everything we could to ensure as smooth a transition to the new property as possible.
I understand from my colleague that we have since spoken to you regarding this matter and that you enjoyed your stay at Briar Patch.

I am sorry that there were some issues regarding the heating during your stay at Peach House. As we discussed during your stay the owner had not made us aware of the problems with the boiler before your arrival. If we had known this then we would have offered to move you to another property or refund in full your booking.
I understand from the owner that the offending boiler has been replaced, but I am only sorry that we were not able to do this before your stay.
