Excellent customer service. The seal around the edge of the fridge failed within the guarantee period and they organised an engineer to come and fit a replacement straight away without any quibble.
My previous freezer was BEKO which I have had for 14 years, and was kept in the garage, which I believe not all freezers can be kept in the the garage.
My machine broke after 6 months and Beko weren't very helpful, they told me that it broke because It was in the garage and that I should move it in to my house then it would work!!!!
