Great polishes with a quick delivery but I would’ve preferred to be kept notified of the delivery eta and the option to track it.

Hi - thank you for the feedback. We had a slight hitch with e mails going out to inform customers their deliveries were sent, but this has been sorted, so from now on you should always get an e mail and if you register, an SMS message. Most deliveries are currently via Royal Mail, but we are looking at trackable options.
