The machine did not leave us in the poor condition that it unfortunately arrived in - we have had issues with the courier that we were using for larger and heavier machines, so we have made the decision to use a different courier. Timely but what packing!!

Delivered within promised timeframe. Box was far to big for the extension arm. As such the box had very bad damage to the front and rear and top caused presumably by the mal handling by the courier....
