I have sent a reply to your email that we received yesterday with the updated tracking information of your parcel - USPS have it tracked as being delivered last week (Thurs 7th November at 2:01pm). If you don't have a delivery note is it possible the parcel has been left with a neighbour or local post office?
I can only apologise that there has been a delay in you receiving your parcel. Unfortunately they can be held up when entering the US postal system/going through customs.
