We were sorry to hear of your concerns about the quality of our plants from Feefo rather than hearing from you directly. We make it clear that where a customer is dissatisfied with any of our products they should contact us immediately on receipt of their plants and we offer to either replace or refund the goods for up to a year afterwards. It is disappointing that you did not take us up on this and chose instead to post so negatively on Feefo. As you say we did speak with your son two days after your plants were delivered and we offered a refund or replacement rose at that time but he wanted to wait for your return the following Monday, 6 days after receipt of your order. Your order was placed on 10th September and as you had bare root plants on your order we advised that delivery would be by 26th October, this being the start of the bare root season. We despatched your order to you on 23rd October and your plants were delivered the following day. We do ask in all our communication that you advise us if the timescale we have provided is inconvenient and we are unable to see any communication from you advising that you would be unable to accept delivery during this time. We do have a 12 month guarantee on all our plants so do get back in touch next spring with some photographs of your rose or your Hydrangea if they are failing to thrive and giving you cause for concern.
