The two trees in question should not have been despatched and it was an error in our fulfillment department that they were sent. As soon as we realised this and before you received your delivery of your order we refunded you with the cost of the two trees. We emailed you to inform you of the refund and also so as you could keep the two trees if you wished. In light of this we feel this review is unmerited. There is no question about the quality of stock and we preempted your concerns and took the appropriate action immediately.
