<h2>American Pillar Rose Bushes</h2> <p><strong>American Pillar roses</strong> produce so much blossom in June that the rest of the plant almost disappears. The flowers are single and lightly perfumed- although the scent can be strong because there are so many of them. Each petal is dark pink at the tip lightening to pure white at the centre setting off the golden stamens. The whole effect is stunning. The catch is that the show happens but once a year although this can be mitigated by using American Pillar as a host for a summer flowering clematis. It's one of the most popular rambling roses grown in France, where they sure know their roses and have plenty of their own to choose from! </p>
