Good microwave. The defrost methods are reasonably good. Not nearly as good as our previous microwave. If you do not turn it every 3 or 4 minutes, the meat cooks. It makes great popcorn though 😂

I suspect Sharp are the only manufacturer left producing 40+L combination microwaves - that's a shame because they make brilliant second electric ovens (in plain convection mode without microwave)...
