Great product for drying laundry indoors and for keeping moisture at bay in damp houses.

I'm very happy.

Unfortunately my dehumidifier arrived faulty and ran permanently at full speed regardless of setting. I've attached a video showing the product running at full speed even in sleep mode.

Marketing suggests says they are quiet but they are noisy even at the rated 37 - 40db. This model has a single speed fan if you imagine this running at high speed, they do move a lot of air around so...

Fan speed on full all the time , it would be nice to turn it down.
