In nine months have had two first one leaked water carpets wet replacement waiting to be collected that worked a week humidity button stopped working not happy with it at all.

Does what it's supposed to, would have given 5 stars but is a little noisy. However, I can't compare it to any others so it may be whisper quiet in comparison.
It makes an awful whining noise, which is unbearable so we can only put the machine on when we go out. We've had dehumidifiers before and they have not made this kind of noise.
