Our returns procedure is available to view before and after your purchase and our returns policy is clearly set out. You agreed to these terms on placing your order, so I apologies if you are unhappy with the terms. We are unable to take a return on an appliance that has been un-packaged as we would be unable to sell this on to another customer without it been heavily discounted.
