I'm sorry you were disappointed with our delivery charges - these are clearly stated on our website before and during your transaction. We are a small company in Lancashire and normally deliver to Lancashire, Yorkshire and the Lake District - to help with demand during the global appliance shortage we have started offering pallet deliveries to the wider area, to help provide the service that we would offer on our own vans we use one of the more expensive couriers and subsidise the charge to our customers - so the £29.99 covers part of the cost.
