Hi Marcel, I am sorry to read of your disappointment. Unfortunately as stated in our terms and conditions, we need to have a qualified engineer determine that there is a fault with the machine. Once an engineer has been and confirmed that there is a fault that cannot be fixed, we will more than happily exchange or refund the item. If you need assistance to get an engineer, please don't hesitate to get in touch and i will personally get this sorted out for you.
