Hi David, we are sorry to hear you are unhappy. As stated on the website and the terms and conditions, any items that require delivery out of our local area (Lancashire, Yorkshire and Cumbria) are sent on a pallet via a logistics company. When you placed your order, you chose the "Premium Pallet Delivery Service - 3-5 Working Days" service. You also had to tick a box to say you have read and understood the terms and conditions regarding our pallet deliveries. We would have gladly cancelled the order at the time if we knew you weren't happy with that delivery method. I can also see that you said it wasn't delivered on time, I have checked with our logistics company and they tried to contact you every day to get a delivery slot booked in with yourself.
