Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Excellent product. Just need to tweak your online payment processes

Would have been 5 except that I didn't get an online confirmation that the payment has been processed and the order accepted. Had to phone up and confirm. Then the confirmation email arrived.

Hi Tina, I just wanted to say thank you for your diary order and sorry you had to call to check your payment had been processed. Payment confirmations are sent out automatically on completion of a customers order and your issue isn't something that we have expereinced before. We are however checking our systems to ensure you wont experience this problem again.
