Good morning, Thank you for your review, we really appreciate people taking the time to let us know about their experience. I have looked into your order and can see that when you placed your order, the item was actually out of stock and by placing the order this prompted us to order it with our supplier. The fact the item was out of stock at the time of ordering will have been displayed on the product page - along with the expected arrival date which would have been about 2 - 3 weeks from when placing your order. I can see that when the item came into stock our warehouse team dispatched it within 24 hours and from tracking your order I can see that it was delivered to you within 3 days. Ok but no refund of faulty goods
Two out of three purchases were good but one faulty item was returned and no refund as yet.
