Hi John, Thank you for your review. I am glad that you thought that Esterel is a good site. It is a shame that the location and the standard of your mobile home did not meet your expectations a clean mobile home is the very least we would expect you to be presented with. I hope our reps rectified this for you once reported. The mobile homes at this parc are on a steep terrace as this parc is located in a very steep location. I am sorry if the mobile home next door wasn’t as far away as you’d of liked to give your family the privacy you needed for your holiday. Our Azure plus mobile homes are usually of an excellent standard with the larger enhanced decking area, dishwasher and modern look. I am sorry that on this occasion the mobile home didn’t meet your expectations. Thank you so much for making us aware of all the issues your faced whilst on your holiday.
