Thanks for your feedback. I can see the parcel was dropped off on the 5/9, however there may have been a delay with the Yodel courier as this arrived at our warehouse on the 12/9. We then processed the exchange within 2 days. Our trainers are a fairly neat fit and we do have size 43 currently in stock if you would like to try the next size up, and as you know, we offer free returns if they're not quite right.
