Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for the feedback Joan and Steven. Unfortunately we are occasionally at the mercy of the selling agent and their photographs, property descriptions and actual property sizes. Any problems are always picked up when lawyers carry out due dilligence checks though... if there is anything I can do to help moving forward please let myself or Cherise know.
