Thank you very much for submitting this feedback. We are pleased that you enjoyed many elements of the tour however we are sorry that you found other aspects disappointing.
We are always striving to improve the tours to ensure that customers have the best experience while travelling, and for this reason customer feedback is of critical importance to us. The accommodation, meals and overall pacing are central to the experience, as is the strength of the cultural content.
For future tours, we are already in the process of making some adjustments including allowing longer at some of the key sites, especially those in Dessau, and replacing certain restaurants. The Kornhaus Dessau was felt to be a worthwhile addition on previous tours, however we will enhance the experience on future tours by including Kaffee und Kuchen, as well as looking at the architecture.
Please rest assured that we will give all of these areas our attention and take your feedback fully into account when planning the next edition of this tour.
