Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. My apologies that you still have not received your order which obviously we did not know about until you advised us. As per our email earlier on today , i am sure you can appreciate that a small percentage of items do go missing when they have been dispatched and before they get delivered on to yourself. We are always happy (once we have been informed) to either send a replacement or issue a refund as per the email which was sent earlier. Abode customer service team.
