Poor website
Took me 3 goes to get the website to work for me. Too many occasions where it wouldn’t progress but no message to say what was wrong. Very poorly designed

Awful, customer services. I cancelled my policy as they could correct a fault at their end. Person I spoke to was useless. If customer service this bad, dread to think if you had to make a claim....

Thanks for your feedback, Without responses like this we cannot improve our service in the future, so while we may not like the fact we have not delivered on your expectations this time, we are working hard to make sure it doesn’t happen again. One of our senior team members happened to be listening to this call as she was supporting a new member of staff deal with your query. It was explained to you that we would need to investigate what had happened before we could rectify your policy. This is generally done so we can understand the scope of the problem and what we need to do to fix it. Unfortunately, you were rude to our customer services team member and required an instant response which we could not deliver this time. We have now completed our investigations, and we could have resolved the issue for you today.
