Quick service but packaging soaking wet at the bottom so plant alf way out.

It is normal for outer leaves to die off, but the whole plant shouldn't deteriorate in a short space of time. I would imagine that this was due to the plants becoming waterlogged during transit. I have contacted the customer to offer replacements.
