Unfortunately items that have been washed or worn are not able to be returned so we always recommend trying on your items and inspecting thoroughly once received and if there are any issues then get in touch straight away and we are more than happy to assist in any way for you. We take great pride in not only trying to manufacture the very best garments that we can but also sourcing the best quality from external suppliers. This year we switched from Heavy Cotton shirts to a more fitted, higher quality garment and while we did this to improve the quality of the shirts that we produce, if there is an issue with an item that you have received then we would always recommend to get in touch with our customer service team straight away to sort any issues out.
