In regards to the sizing of items, we have a size guide on the product page that we keep up to date with the items that we print on and always recommend checking that guide when ordering items. That having been said, if there is ever an issue with the size and you feel an item is smaller or bigger than we said it would be, please get in touch straight away and we will do all we can to rectify any issues for you. Unfortunately from time to time items can either be delayed or lost in the postal system and while we are always very disappointed when this happens, we are more than happy to either resend or replace items that are lost in the post.
