We were absolutely gutted to discover there had been a leak in your unit. The leak has been repaired and hasn't been an issue since. Unfortunately, as you had removed the damaged items, it made it difficult for us to do a full contents protection valuation. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a financial settlement, which you accepted.
