A super service
Super service. They even found the Lot number of the colour I needed to finish a project. A great personal touch.

Service was good for this delivery. But on a subsequent delivery, a ball wool was missing from my order and no reply to my email about it so far (nearly 2 days later), from vibes and scribes.

Absolutely fantastic service! Could not have been more helpful. We needed books urgently for an upcoming holiday & staff ensured they were shipped promptly. My son was delighted!!!!! ☺️
