If we had replacements available then we would have arranged these first instead of a refund so it would appear that replacements were out of stock which is why a refund of the order was arranged instead. It may be that alternative collections have since become available but at the time there was no stock available to replace. With regards to the plant food this is the maxicrop treatment and a spray we put on the plants before they are despatched and therefore is nothing a physical product that you would received. Only one problem, did not know when the plants would be delivered. Because of this some plants did not survive, the ones that did are thriving and I'm very pleased. I was away when they were delivered

Plug plants arrived, still hydrated. I potted them into seed trays immediately and kept them indoors. Potted up into larger pots after a couple of weeks and once established moved into the greenhouse.
