All gold items weighing over 1 gram will be hallmarked, as will all silver items over 7.78 grams. We do not sell plated jewellery. Vintage items made before 1973 may not carry hallmarks but all precious metals and gemstones are carefully tested. Delivery & Returns We offer FREE delivery and returns for UK customers via Royal Mail. UK customers can upgrade to next working day delivery (if ordering by 2pm) for a small additional charge. You can return your as new and unworn jewellery within 30 days for a full refund, unless it’s been personalised or made to order. For items purchased from 1st November onward, the return period is extended to 15th January to allow for Christmas gifting.
