Thank you for your kind review - We have checked the details that were requested and unfortunately we were requested for a collection at 14:00, however i am happy to see we were able to facilitate an earlier departure. We have reviewed the safety check on the lift and are happy to report this was checked prior to leaving our depot.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We’re sorry to hear that this trip didn’t meet the standard you’ve come to expect over the years, and we appreciate you taking the time to explain what happened. The later return time and the confusion around the comfort stop clearly made the day less enjoyable for you, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. From what you’ve described, it sounds as though Steve may have been trying especially hard to make up for the lack of blossom on the trail, which unfortunately was out of everyone’s control this year. Even so, the experience should still feel smooth and well organised, and we’re sorry that wasn’t the case for you. We value your long-standing support and hope we can welcome you on a future trip.
