We’re sorry that this product didn’t meet your expectations, we try to be as detailed as possible with our listings, including as many specifications as we possibly can. The TT Mixflow comes with a speed switch and plug as per the information on the website but does not include a timer. We have searched our records for previous orders and it looks like the same product was purchased back in March this year. This was also for the fan without a timer.
