Over the past few months, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to find a new warehouse location- one that could help us improve our fulfilment times and better serve our customers. We’ve listened closely to your frustrations, particularly those shared after our Black Friday promotions, and we knew we had to make a change.
We’re thrilled to share that we’ve now secured the perfect new home for Lords & Labradors. This space will allow us to consolidate our five smaller warehouse locations into one centralised hub, streamlining operations, improving delivery speed, and laying the foundation for our next exciting chapter.
Our incredible team- from warehouse to office staff- came together, working 12-hour days, seven days a week, to make it happen. As a result, we experienced some delays in dispatching orders and responding to customer queries. We also acknowledge that some of our customers also experienced the effects from us changing ownership meaning our fabric and product deliveries have been delayed, and for that, we sincerely apologise.
