We are struggling to see what you mean by our postage is poor. Your order was placed PM Wednesday 25th May after cut off time for despatch. Your order was processed and despatched by 1st Class Royal Mail Post on Thursday 26th May at 14.40hrs. Cost to yourself for 3/5 day despatch service was £5. Cost to ourselves was £5.37 actual postage plus the Handling, Packaging and Insurance etc was FREE. Delivery by Royal Mail should have been Friday 28th May. But if any delay, for instance no-one at home to take parcel in, then due to the Bank Holiday there may have been a further delay in the Postal Delivery. Mike Reynolds

We are very sorry for the lapse in our usual rapid follow up procedure. This particular range has been extremely popular and each delivery has been sold out almost as soon a they hit the shelves. No excuse though, in this instance we regret that your order for three pairs had been wrongly filed away as complete, while we were waiting for balance of order (One more pair) to arrive. As soon as we were made aware of the situation, we rectified things as soon as possible by arranging to send a more expensive pair to complete your order. Apologies for the delay on this occasion.
