We can only apologize for the delay in processing your order. Order placed on Thursday 24th April just after final Royal Mail collection before shut down for Royal Wedding, plus Bank holiday closure. This caused initial delay, further delay ensued while we were waiting for new stocks after the Bank holiday closure. We refunded your card on 9th May for the item we could not supply. New stocks of the 'missing' shorts actually turned up shortly after you were refunded. Apologies again for the for any problems caused by the delay in fulfilling your order on this occasion. Very sorry your parcel took so long to arrive. We dispatched on same day as you placed your order. (Posted 1.30pm Tuesday 31st May). We have had several comments about Royal Mail over the Bank Holidays. Their normal efficient service seems to have let us down on this occasion. Can only apologize again. Mike Reynolds

Very sorry you think delivery was slower than expected. Your order was placed at 16.45 on Friday 27th May. 4 hours after our daily cut off point for despatch. No Royal mail collections over that weekend due to Spring Bank hloiday, but your order was despatched by 1st class post on first collection on Tuesday 31st. Delivery should have been on Wednesday 1st of June depending on Royal Mail being on time. Mike Reynolds
