Unfortunately, this order was subject to a slight delay, due to an unforeseen IT system issue. It was dispatched just over two weeks after ordering.
We were in correspondence with the customer, who was chasing the order, however there is no record of any correspondence after the date the order was dispatched, so we were unaware the order didn't actually arrive. On checking the consignment scan history, it would appear that the order was lost in the courier network.
I have contacted the customer to confirm that he did not receive the order, and if not we will issue a full refund.
