Because the item was not posted in our letter box normal delivery point but put through door letter box it was then torn to shreds by our dog result no stamps won’t be using service again

We are extremely sorry your delivery was not as expected, we do work with a courier service who strive to achieve excellence in their delivery service. Having looked on our records I cannot see any queries regarding this?
I will raise this with our CSD team now to investigate and to allow us to rectify the situation.

I have looked into this and can see that you have contacted our customer services department regarding this. A free of charge replacement has been sent out for you on 2821583 on 07/09/2018. This will hopefully be with you as soon as possible.
I apologise for the delay that you have received regarding this.
The packet took 4 days to come considering cost of postage and fact sent by post office was annoyed
