My water from the jug is cloudy...it was not like this when i first started filteringusing the Water for health filter jug.....Also the filter is meant to last 3/6 months....after a few mlmnths had...

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments, we appreciate all feedback from our customers. I believe we have since had a phone conversation and addressed your concerns. To reiterate, the jug filter is designed to remove chlorine from the water so consequently the main vessel must be cleaned to stop any bacteria buildup or it turning green.  The cloudiness is active hydrogen and proves the product is ionising the water. The jug filters should be changed every 8 weeks. Lastly our office is open from 8.45 until 5.30 Monday through Thursday and 8.45 until 5.00 on Friday when we are always happy to assist.

Great Product
I'm really happy with this product. I bought it as I have very sensitive skin and usually come out the shower with areas of red, blotchy patches of skin. No more!! My skin feels so much better and...
