Lungomonte is quite  a special place with a beautiful garden from which you can see the leaning tower of Pisa. 

San gemini has a lot to offer even though is quite a small town. Did you know that its built with all The roman stones stolen in the middle ages from the nearby Roman city of Carsulae? i just love the square in the cooler evenings. Thanks.

 I took all those outside photos last year, looks like I need to try again, this time i shall have to try even harder. i think Gugliae  has a perfect location, Florence is nearby and you can get to Siena as many chianti villages and towns in under an hour. Its indeed a great villa with lots of shade, with a great garden and pool. 

I corbezzoli is indeed a slice of heaven on earth. everyone there works hard to look after our clients. Linda has been working there for many years and has had many offers to go and work in many places in the world for our clients. The photographs of the property do it no justice, we need to try and harder and get some better photos. Hope you might return one day to I corbezzoli or another of our beautiful properties. 

Il Cerro has been with us for a number of years, San Gemini is fantastic a real village with very few tourists. i am planning a trip to San Gemini in september and I have already spoken to Piero the manager about your comments. 

We have been renting Podere Celli for 17 years now and e have always called it that same name. Fillipo and Claudia the owners made that small change two years ago and we thought that changing it would not have helped all the clients that return, it might have confused them so we decided to leave it. They have carved that stunning rock at the start of the drive with the new name, I am going to have to check if there is a reference in the driving directions. its a stunning property, one of the best available in tuscany today. hope you had a fantastic time. Villa Al Monte is just as you have described, wonderful and that view of Volpaia and of the chianti hills is just stunning. Heavenly just about describes it. Thank you. I hope that one day you might return to Villa Al Monte or another of our properties. 

The owners and manager do a great job in looking after Casalfava. They really care for our clients and the house and the garden is kept to a very high standard. I hope you also enjoyed Sarteano, i was there on saturday, drove through to go an see another house nearby. very interesting location. thanks.
