Il Borgo Di Petroio is a very high quality property and Edoardo the owner/manager does a fantastic job in looking after the estate and our clients. 

La Tocella is a beautiful home in indeed a stunning garden. 

Podere Brogi is a fantastic villa, and Walter, Cristina and Anna do indeed go beyond to ensure a special experience. The villa and the grounds are kept to an extremely high level with a heated pool and a fantastic kitchen. Walter has a love for food and wine that all our clients thoroughly enjoy. 

Geggianello has to be one of the most beautiful villas in Tuscany. As you mentioned it has a fantastic location, in 10 mins your in the centre of Siena, but the grounds, the dining loggia the pool as the living areas and  bedrooms are just as fantastic. This is a very special home and Cinzia does a fantastic job in looking after it as our clients.

Santi Terzi is indeed an amazing property, once the home of Canova the italian artist. The staff and Michele the owner do a fantastic job in looking after our clients and the village of San gemini is very special. I just love the square in the evening with all the locals enjoying life. 

Villa Lungomonte is indeed spectacular home. Great to know that you would not hesitate to return there.

The manager Diana does a great job in running the property and looking after our clients. The setting, the views, as the chef are very special. Swimming pools are rarely heated in Tuscany due to the crazy costs so one as large as Lungomonte would increase the rental costs by at least 20%.  This winter air conditioning is being added to the second floor and two bathrooms are being upgraded so should you return, your going to find an even more beautiful and comfortable Lungomonte. 

Il Chiesino is a fantastic villa, nice to read in your feedback that you found it excellent and that the views were beautiful. Your comments have been sent to  the house owner but i shall send you a private email so you can share some more details with me as we need to ensure a trouble free stay in all of our villas. 

i Giullari has the best of both worlds, open countryside with olive groves and beautiful views but within walking distance to florence as to a restaurant.The owner/manager does a fantastic job looking after our clients and keeps the grounds as the villa to a very high standard.  Its indeed a perfect villa for a family holiday. 

Villa Di Masseto is indeed a stunning villa in a beautiful location. We host many weddings here and each one of them have been a success. also thanks to Bendetta, the manager does an incredible  job in looking after our clients. 

La luna is owned by a senator and its not so much as a Museum as this is how he lives in his many houses. He loves antiques of the finest level, did you notice the original Roman mosaic in the swimming pool? There are some very unique and priceless pieces of art throughout the villa. 

Valentina has her own apartment in the village just a few hundred yards away, so I am not why she might have stayed in the staff quarters with the two labradors, this is something odd, I hope you enjoyed her cooking, her food is quite something. i have checked our files and you did not contact my office or our emergency number that is manned by one of our two on ground staff in Tuscany. Should you have contacted us we could have simply asked why Valentina was staying in the staff quarters and if this might have been an issue we would have quickly resolved it. 

We dont rely on GPS/Garmans/TomToms as they tend to make a lot of mistakes in the italian country side, thats why we give you our clients driving instructions and ask them to follow them, not GPS. The short road down to the gates of the villa are paved and in all about 100 yards, from the square. so not sure why you found it treacherous. i shall send you an email so you can give me some more details.  Really appreciate your thoughts.
