Sincere apologies for the disappointment and inconvenience on this occasion. We would never knowingly advertise an item we are unable to ship and it was only when our warehouse went to pick your order that they realised there had been an error in our stock system meaning we do not have the product available to send.
Instead of just refunding the order we wanted to give you the opportunity of picking an alternative however if this was the only item you wanted we can of course arrange a full refund for you as offered at the time.
